Why We Fulfil On Demand
At MODE Clothing, every order is made on demand. We do this intentionally — to reduce waste, minimise overproduction, and protect the environment. Rather than holding excess stock that may never be worn, we only create what's needed, when it's needed. It's one of the ways we're committed to building a brand that inspires positive change, not just in our customers, but in the world around us.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Special Line as standard. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include production time. Occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier circumstances outside our control.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your MODE order. If there's an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return:
- Email officialmode.uk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
- We aim to respond within 7 working days
- If approved, we'll provide the correct return address and full instructions
Important: Please do not send items back without prior confirmation — unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with no signs of damage or alteration. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned more than 7 days after the date of receipt
- Items correctly produced to your order specifications
- Deliberately damaged or altered items
- Hygiene items (underwear, swimwear, socks, masks)
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method in the original currency. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while they are in "In Review" status. To cancel, contact us immediately at officialmode.uk@gmail.com with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Items
Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. For orders lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
