Made-to-Order Policy
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange if your item:
• Arrives damaged or faulty
• Has a manufacturing or print defect
• Is significantly different from the product description or images
Reporting an Issue

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
MODE Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
