Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your size, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled while they are in "In Review" status. Please contact us immediately at officialmodeuk@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

I haven't received an order confirmation — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at officialmodeuk@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

All MODE orders are made on demand. Please allow 3–7 working days for production, plus shipping time. For UK customers, total delivery is typically around 2 weeks via our standard Special Line shipping.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at officialmodeuk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Do not send items back without prior confirmation.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
