At MODE Clothing, we care deeply about the quality of every item we send out. Each product is made specifically to order, so please take a moment to read our policy before purchasing.
Our Products
Every MODE item is produced individually when you place your order, ensuring the highest attention to quality and detail. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
When We Will Accept a Return or Refund
We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange if your item arrives:
- Damaged or faulty
- With a quality or production defect
- Significantly different from what was described or shown
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at officialmodeuk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
Sizing
We strongly encourage you to refer to our size guide before placing your order. As each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns due to sizing issues, so please measure carefully.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
